I-Housing provides web access for the tenant and contractor and as such allows an organisation to deliver a “virtual housing officer” service to tenants and contractors which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I-Housing is quick and easy to implement, with the configuration and set up taken care of before the product is delivered to the customer.

As an Internet based solution, I-Housing can be accessed by tenants / contractors in a variety of ways – access from public buildings via personal computers or over the internet via a link to the customer’s website.
