Essential Skills

Qualifications / Personal Skill Set:

• 2 years of telephone/desk based sales experience in a technology led business.

• High rate of activity to support the management of c.70 small-medium size Social Housing customer accounts.

• Experienced in collaborating with Marketing on campaigns to generate, upsell and cross sell leads and turn these MQL into sales.

•Demonstratable experience of delivering £750k software and services bookings ideally in a SaaS sales and product environment.

 

Technical Skill Set:

• Persistent with high level of energy and focus on achieving quarterly booking targets to existing accounts.

• Ability to articulate the Aareon value proposition and future roadmap direction and align this with Customer priorities to develop new selling opportunities.

• Excellent questioning and fact-finding skills.

• Able to document all activity in CRM system.

 

Desirable Skill Set:

• Housing sector selling experience.

• Worked in a selling environment that migrated from traditional software sales approach to a SaaS selling approach.
