Key Responsibilities
- To improve, prepare, customise and perform demonstrations of QL Housing, Repairs, and Asset Management & Digital Solutions to prospective and existing customers across the UK. Regularly articulates business benefits to customer
- To lead with completion of the requirements section of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Tender documents, by giving clear, concise and properly written answers in the format required
- Understand and extract customer issues and problems and link these to benefits achievable through use of Aareon & partner solutions
- To pro-actively keep themselves and other staff up to date with factors affecting the social housing sector including policies, procedures and legislation
Essential Skills
Qualifications / Personal Skill Set:
•Minimum 2-years in the Housing sector
•Understanding of our customer operational processes in delivering services to tenants
•High energy and pace
•Attention to detail
•Able to articulate problem statements and our value proposition in New Business tenders
Technical Skill Set:
•Technology savvy
•Ability to question, qualify and articulate our propositions from a customer / business perspective
Desirable Skill Set:
•Knowledge and understanding of Aareon Solutions
