Overview
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Contract: Home Based, Permanent
Reports to: Head of Professional Services
Key Responsibilities
• Scheduling - Develop and maintain detailed project plans. Measure, track and control project performance to ensure timely delivery. Scope and lead large projects
• Financial - Manage revenue and costs (including internal resources and third party) to meet or exceed project budget objectives. Adjust accordingly in line with, for example, approved change requests
• Quality - Identify, track and manage risks and issues to ensure quality of project delivery. Ensure timely sign-off of deliverables/outcomes by customers and a seamless project closure including full hand-over to Support
• Resourcing - Coordinate internal and third party resources, including managing relationships with all project stakeholders (internal and external)
• Change Management - Control and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and/or cost using appropriate change management tools and techniques
• Reporting - Compile and issue regular reports to include: status, progress, risks, issues, milestones, costs and revenue
• Practice Improvement – Identify, contribute and run improvements to the Aareon Professional Services Practice
Essential Skills
Qualifications / Personal Skill Set:
• Higher Education / Degree in Computer Science, Business, Management or Project Management
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
Technical Skill Set:
• Agile Project Management
• Microsoft Office
Desirable Skill Set:
• SaaS (“Software-as-a-Service”) industry experience
• Software development and web technologies
• Experience of business transformation
