Customer Engagement Support Programme - Workshop

As part of a complete review of the Aareon Support Service, we would like to offer you the opportunity to get involved in the Customer Support Engagement Programme.  Working together with other customer organisations and with the Aareon team, this project will give you the opportunity to feed directly into the Aareon Support Service, determining what is important to your organisation and re-establishing what a good support service should look like.

We are running the first Customer Support Engagement workshop on 25th September 2019 at The Village Inn, Walsall, WS2 8TJ. We will be running 2 sessions (Morning 10:00-13:00 or Afternoon 14:00-17:00). Places are limited to 2 per customer and lunch will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements on the booking form.

The main topics for discussion will be;

  1. Logging calls - pinch points/training.
  2. Priorities/SLA's - Aareon's/Customer's own.
  3. Escalation Process.
  4. Resolving calls and feedback to you.
