Customer Engagement Support Programme - Workshop

As part of a complete review of the Aareon Support Service, we would like to offer you the opportunity to get involved in the Customer Support Engagement Programme.  Working together with other customer organisations and with the Aareon team, this project will give you the opportunity to feed directly into the Aareon Support Service, determining what is important to your organisation and re-establishing what a good support service should look like.

Second Workshops

Following on from feedback from our first Customer Support Engagement Workshop, we would like to invite you to attend our second Customer Support Engagement workshop on 19th or 20th November 2019 (10am – 3pm) at the Aareon UK, Abbey Park, CV8 2LY.

Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and are limited to two per customer.  Lunch will be provided, please let us know of any dietary requirements on the booking form.

The main topics for discussion will be;

  2. Release Notes
  3. Testing Plans
