iAppoint enables repair requests (and follow ons) not only to be raised but to be booked, end to end via a mobile device and with no involvement with your contact centre.

iAppoint enables the user to raise a repairs request in the field using 1st Touch Mobile or via the customer self-service app or Aareon 360 Customer Portal.  Automatically creating a works order in your Housing Management System, interrogating DRS Scheduling system for the available time slots.

DRS returns the 'favourite' time slots for selection and the user can select the preferred option and appointment is confirmed with user.
