This milestone formalises a collaboration designed to expand the breadth and depth of services delivered to housing providers across the UK and Ireland and compliments the Aareon software portfolio. The agreement focuses on collaborative innovation across key product and service areas.
As part of the agreement, Aareon will work with Incline-IT, MIS Active Finance, and AssetCore, enabling its customers to access a broader portfolio of integrated solutions. These include cloud-managed services, Contact Centre as a Service, financial systems, treasury management, customer engagement tools, and property valuation platforms, all tailored to the unique needs of the social housing sector.
The agreement also includes a Long-Term Service Agreement under which Incline-IT will provide ‘ActiveH as a Service’ to MIS Active Management Systems, supporting the continuity and evolution of one of the sector’s most established housing management systems.
