April 2011 - Somer Housing Group choose QL Housing & Financials

Somer Housing Group (SHG) is a group of Housing Associations managing over 12,000 homes throughout the South West of England from central offices in Bath & Bristol.

Feb 2011 - Weaver Vale Housing Trust Go Live on QL Housing

Weaver Vale Housing Trust(WVHT)is an LSVT Housing Association formed in 2002 after the transfer of 6300 homes from Vale Royal Brough Council.

WVHT began their search for a new system, as their old system was not able to meet the changing needs of their developing organisation.

11.02.2011: Wulvern Housing Goes Live on QL Housing

Wulvern Housing the largest Housing Association in South Cheshire providing homes and services for over 11,000 customers went live this week on their new QL Housing Management system.

11.02.2011: Aberdeen Housing Partnership choose QL Housing

Aberdeen Housing Partnership (AHP) has chosen Aareon's QL Housing as its preferred solution to replace its exisiting housing management software.

AHP is a registered social landlord established in 1999, which provides quality, affordable accommodation for people in housing need throughout North East Scotland. AHP currently manage over 900 properties.

11.02.2011: Three More Organisations choose QL Load & GO

Wansbeck Life Ltd, Glebe Housing and Mcch Society Ltd have all chosen Aareon UK as their preferred supplier and have begun their implementations of QL Load & Go to replace the disparate housing management systems they have used for a number of years.

Wansbeck Life Ltd is based in Ashington, Northumberland and currently manages 800 homes in the North East.

Mcch Society Ltd provide accommodation, (registered care homes), supported living, community support, day centre and employment & vocational services in Kent and the surrounding area.

Glebe Housing Association was formed in 1974, is a not-for-profit organisation providing homes for older people in West Wickham, Kent.

All 3 organisations chose QL Load & Go, a complete 'out-of-box' solution designed specifically for smaller organisations.

31.08.10: Port of Leith Housing Association

Port of Leith Housing Association have chosen QL Housing & Financials from Aareon UK to replace their old housing management solution. They have chosen a fully integrated system including Asset Management, Development, Financials & Personnel, QL Contact Management and Reporting Services.

31.10.10: North Herts Homes Go Live on QL Housing

After the intensive implementation project, North Herts Homes went Live on QL Housing in October 2010.
