16.09.09: City South Manchester Selects QL Housing

City South Manchester Housing Trust is a "not-for-profit" 'local housing company' that took ownership of nearly 4,500 homes from Manchester City Council in June 2008. They manage and improve homes in Fallowfield, Hulme, Moss Side and Whalley Range. CSMHT have selected QL from Aareon UK Limited after a thorough evaluation of the market.

16.09.09 - Castlehill HA selects QL Housing and Financials

Aareon is delighted to welcome Castlehill Housing Association to the growing QL user base. Castlehill Housing Association is a leading provider of affordable housing in the North East of Scotland. With over 1600 properties split between sheltered and general needs housing. QL Housing and Financials will be implemented at Castlehill over the coming months.

16.07.09: Servite HA Selects QL Housing & Finance

Servite HA, based in Dundee, currently operate across Dundee, Angus, Perthshire and North East Fife. From their base in Broughty Ferry, Dundee they employ 130 staff to deliver locally based services across our developments. Servite have chosen QL Housing & Financials.

16.07.09: Aster Group Selects QL Housing and Financials

Aster Group - a thriving partnership providing homes and housing related services in central southern and south west England owning and managing over 16,800 homes and providing services to more than 40,000 people. Between them the group operating companies; Mendip Housing, Ridgeway Community Housing Association, Sarsen Housing Association, Testway Housing and Aster Property Management employ over 900 staff and all of these organisations will be implementing QL Housing and Financials over the next few months.

07.07.09: Wulvern Housing selects QL

Wulvern Housing the largest Housing Association in South Cheshire providing homes and services for over 11,000 customers. In June 2009 Wulvern selected QL Housing from Aareon UK as their next generation Housing Management System.

02.07.09: North Lincolnshire Homes selects QL Housing

A very young company, having taken over the ownership of more than 14,000 homes from North Lincolnshire Council in February 2007, NLH have selected QL Housing as the IT platform for their business.

20.06.09: North Hertfordshire Homes Select Aareon as supplier

One of the largest registered Social Landlords in Hertfordshire, providing approximately 8,700 homes, NHH selected Aareon UK Limited as supplier of their IT system in June 2009.

16.06.09: Weaver Vale Housing Trust Selects QL

Weaver Vale Housing Trust - a housing association which owns and manages over 6,000 properties in West Cheshire. WVHT selected QL Housing and Contractor in June 2009.

15.05.09: Viewpoint HA Selects QL Housing

Established in Edinburgh in 1947, a Scottish Housing Association with a management total over just over 1,600 properties. Viewpoint selected QL Housing for implementation in 2009.

18.06.09: City West Housing Trust Select QL Housing

A new Housing Association set up to take over the ownership and management of 14,800 homes in West Salford. A not for profit charitable organisation employing over 400 staff, CWHT wanted a partner for the future to provide an integrated Housing Management and EDM solution.

15.07.09: On Your Bike.....for the British Heart Foundation

Staff and management of Housing Software company Aareon UK saddled up during Harrogate week to raise vital funds for the
British Heart Foundation (BHF) by taking part – or virtually taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride.
