Aareon UK in 'Close to Home: Housing & Communities'

Aareon UK announce their partnership with ITN Productions and CIH (The Chartered Institute of Housing) featuring in 'Close to Home: Housing and Communities' programme, introduced by National newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky.

Close to Home: Housing and Communities - Aareon UK

'Close to Home' features key industry interviews and news-style reports, along with sponsored editorial profiles, launched as part of Housing 2019 exhibition at Manchester Central in June 2019. Aareon's feature focuses on how digital solutions are empowering customers lives and how housing associations can save money, to be re-allocated into building new homes or re-investing in communities and services.

Highlights include how digital housing solutions are made available and where they are most required, such as supporting your employees out in the field with tenants. Also showing how tenants can have 24/7 access to Aareon customer's digital services and account information.

Featuring Aareon customers ForHousing (part of the ForViva Group) and Equity Housing Group, they share their experiences of digital solution benefits within their organisations. ForHousing demonstrates their customer Self-Service app ‘MyAccount+’ and how this has improved efficiencies and increased customer satisfaction. Equity Housing Group share their plans for the future of digital solutions within their organisation.
