Where Aareon feels that a particular customer need is best fulfilled by an external partner we select best of breed organisations to work with us.

Potential partners are selected on the basis of dedication to the Social Housing sector, quality of product, technical similarity to Aareon’s product set, financial stability, and ability to deliver high standards of service on a consistent basis. 

The Social Housing software market place is relatively small and such suppliers are usually well known to Aareon UK.  Typically, a relationship with a potential partner will initially be formed when an existing Aareon customer selects them to deliver an additional product of service and requires integration with Aareon products.  Alternatively, a potential partner may already supply to a customer when Aareon subsequently installs its products and integrates to them. 

In both cases an informal partnership is formed and if both parties agree that there is a benefit in working together on future projects a comprehensive review of financial, commercial and technical factors is undertaken and a partnership formed if appropriate.

This approach ensures that only those organisations that have a tried and tested ability to deliver benefits to our customer base are awarded full Aareon partner status.
