In light of global precautions for the COVID-19 Coronavirus, and building upon recommendations from the UK Government and World Health Organization (WHO), Aareon is now taking an updated approach to our working practices.
COVID-19 Coronavirus Update
Aareon UK's immediate focus as a company is to protect our employees, whose health is our priority, we wish to ensure that our business keeps functioning as smoothly as possible in this unprecedented situation to continue to support our customers and deliver great service.
Given the exceptional and unprecedented circumstances the Management Board of Aareon UK have announce that measures have been put in place;
- Closure of our offices: at Kenilworth, Swansea and Southampton, and transition to working from home for all our employees from Thursday 19th March
- ‘Business as usual’: Customers may rest assured that we have a stable, dynamic IT infrastructure to enable us to support both our employees working remotely and also our customers with no diminution of our service.
- Remote Consultancy and Meetings: The only material changes which our customers will experience are that all meetings will be conducted remotely, Aareon UK have systems in place to support this change in working practice, including provision of ‘green consulting’, whereby all consulting will be conducted remotely via collaborative virtual meetings.
- Support: Contact for Support will remain as normal through the usual channels for our customers, details are to the right. You can also contact your Account Manager or Project Manager as normal. They will be in contact with you in the coming days to arrange remote meetings and consultancy if these are not booked in remotely already.
- Customer help Video and Wiki Pages: We have created an engaging video in order to help our customers manage the COVID-19 crisis within their businesses and to support their customers, using Aareon solutions. For all our customers who wish to view the film and for all available sets of forms, reports and tasks, please log into the Aareon UK Wiki page and search "COVID-19".
While we focus on protecting the health of our staff, our thoughts are with the people affected by the Coronavirus and we encourage you all and your staff to take the greatest care and stay safe.
