Milan joined Aareon in 2024 as part of the UK senior leadership team, bringing extensive experience in scaling technology businesses and driving go-to-market performance within high-growth SaaS environments. 

He has built his career across a range of sectors, including proptech, fintech, and insurance, with previous roles at organisations such as Peloton Interactive and AXA, where he led innovation initiatives and commercial partnerships. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions within Fixflo, including Head of Marketplace, before being appointed Chief Revenue Officer across both Fixflo and Arthur.

Milan is recognised for his focus on aligning strategy with execution, building scalable commercial operations, and driving customer-centric growth. He is passionate about using technology to simplify complex challenges, unlock new revenue opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes for customers.

Based in London, he plays a key role in strengthening Aareon’s position in the private residential sector and advancing innovation across its product ecosystem.
