In 2023 Help me Fix took part in a pilot in partnership with Moat Homes and Morgan Sindall Plc. to assess the impact of introducing video triage into the traditional repairs processes at a Housing Provider working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor.

Between October and December, Aareon's turnkey video triage solution was trailed for Plumbing and Electrical repairs with these two organisations in over 22,000 homes to improve the traditional repairs process using digital transformation.
