5 Go Live in April
Record Month for Implementation
April was a busy month for Aareon, with five housing providers successfully going live on the HomeMaster across housing management, finance and additional digital services. The go-lives reflect how easily HomeMaster can be adopted to support their operational and digital change programmes.
Who went live
During April, the following organisations completed go‑lives on HomeMaster:
-
Forth Housing Association, Ochil View Housing Association and Shettleston Housing Association went live with HomeMaster Housing and Finance, alongside the My Home tenant self-serve, enabling residents to manage key services online.
-
Populo Living went live with HomeMaster Housing and Finance, with My Home scheduled to deploy shortly.
-
Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association, an existing HomeMaster customer, extended its use of the platform by going live with HomeMaster Finance, supporting a more integrated approach to housing and financial management.
Delivered at pace
The April go‑lives covered core housing management, finance and tenant self‑service, all of which went live within a nine-month implementation window. This included both organisations replacing existing systems and those extending their current HomeMaster footprint.
Commenting on their experience, Shettleston Housing Association said:
“Switching to HomeMaster has been a vastly overdue upgrade, greatly enhancing our system to provide a superior service to our tenants and factored owners. The upgrade has unlocked future potential and has brought key elements of our business together.”
Continuing momentum
These latest go‑lives add to a growing number of housing organisations moving to HomeMaster, as providers continue to modernise their core systems
